I am so happy to write this for Linda, she is always so lovely to work with. We’ve had such a positive experience working with Linda Waterman from Sold Property Group. She is always easy to communicate with, incredibly helpful, and keeps us well-informed about everything happening with our rental property. Linda takes great care in finding and managing excellent tenants, and her proactive approach gives us complete peace of mind. We couldn’t be happier with the service she provides.

Linda is our current amazing Property Manager. Over the past 8 years we have had quite a few Property Managers and without a doubt she is the best we have had by a long shot!  From our first encounter with her she was friendly, very efficient, polite, helpful and went out of her way to assist us. On leasing the current property we are in she has continued to go above and beyond for us. Nothing is too much trouble, and anything we ask of her is dealt with in a very timely and efficient manner. She is always quick to return any calls and emails and any maintenance matters are also dealt with in a quick and efficient way. Any dealings that we have with Linda during our property inspections are courteous, polite and very respectful and helpful with any queries or issues. She is friendly and obviously enjoys and takes great pride in doing her job very well. 

We overwhelmingly support and agree with any award that she has been nominated for. Linda is an amazing Property Manager and we are very grateful for the work she does for us.

As renters, we’ve had our fair share of experiences with property managers, but Linda stands out as a true professional. We had been tenants of a property that was transferred from another agent to Sold Property Group. We were immediately impressed by Linda’s responsiveness and quick resolution of a substantial, long outstanding, list of property maintenance issues that were rendering our home unsafe due to water ingress and consequent mould. Over the past two years Linda has been a beacon of outstanding professionalism, friendliness and rock solid support. During the Brisbane cyclone earlier this year Linda was in constant contact with timely support, advice and help, well above any standard expected. We had some damage to the property which was remediated expeditiously, and we were without power for over a week. Linda provided constant updates and invaluable advice over this period.

Our dealings with Linda have been unlike any other Property Manager we have dealt with in the past, and there have been a few. She is a truly wholesome human, who supports both the owners and from a tenants perspective, I’ve never felt so supported, heard and treated as a valued client as I have with our dealings with Linda. Once the cyclone had passed your quick response to the water leaks, as well as you checking in frequently on the water level in our flooded street, to ensure we were safe and not needing any further assistance. As someone who has owned homes before, I would trust my property with you - and now as someone currently renting, I feel supported by you.
